City of San Diego Land Acquisition Project: The Afshar Group has been retained by a San Diego business to acquire a parcel of land owned by the City of San Diego.

Balboa Heights Condo Project: We are the developing a 9-unit condo project in the North Park community of San Diego. Shahriar Afshar is a Managing Partner & Project Manager.

Dry Marina Project: We are developing a partnership to acquire & build a dry marina & storage facility in Southern California. Interested investors should contact us today.

Iranian-American Marketing Campaign: The Afshar Group was engaged by a national US law firm to develop a multi-tiered marketing campaign to reach out to the Iranian-American community and market the immigration services of the law firm. Shahriar Afshar was interviewed by Iranian Radio 670AM in Los Angeles as part of this campaign.

Grassroots Development Project: Shahriar Afshar was retained by Conoco Oil Company to develop a grassroots campaign and present at Conoco headquarters to train employees on how to participate a grassroots program.
